Boat excursions from Morcone Bay
A coastline that changes beyond every headland, mining landscapes and a stop for a swim. With Rent Mandel’s guided excursions, you can discover Elba from the sea, departing from Morcone Bay.
Excursions are available by reservation, in the morning or afternoon, with a minimum of 5 participants. The approximate duration is around two and a half hours, depending on weather and sea conditions.
Price: €25 per person.
The guided trips follow two different itineraries, exploring the Costa dei Gabbiani, the Elviscott wreck and Ogliera Rock.
Costa dei gabbiani
Departure from Morcone at around 10:00 AM or 3:00 PM, heading towards the Costa dei Gabbiani, in search of wild goats and with the chance to spot cetaceans. During the cruise, you can enjoy the colours of the sea and the extraordinary landscapes surrounding the old mine.
Once you reach Stagnone Beach, the return journey begins, with stops at Ginepro Beach and the Spiagge Bianche, where there will be time for a swim and a moment of relaxation.
Finally, return to Morcone.
Elviscott wreck and Ogliera rock
Departure from Morcone at 10:00 AM or 3:00 PM, heading towards the Elviscott wreck and Ogliera Rock, where you can admire the wreck and enjoy snorkelling in the surrounding waters.
On the return journey, there will be a stop at Capo Stella, with time for a swim and a moment of relaxation before returning to Morcone.
